So, you’ve picked out the perfect stone for your needs. What happens next? We invite you to take a look at our process from beginning to end.
Templating
Premier Stone uses corplast to make our templates. This ensures that our templates will not warp from moisture or temperature changes, keeping the the template as accurate as possible.
We can make our templates whether or not you have your existing counter tops in place!
Digitizing
Once we get your templates back to our shop, we use our LT-55 Laser Templator to make a digital version of them.
That digital drawing is then used to make a CAD program that our CNC machine will use to machine your finished edge and sink of choice.
Fabrication
This is where the magic happens! Where we turn that beautiful slab you chose into the kitchen counters or bathroom vanity of your dreams.
We bring the slab in from our yard and place it on our gantry saw to be cut down in to the rough shapes of your various pieces. Those pieces are then ran on our CNC machine, touched up by hand (if necessary), and sealed with our 15 year sealer.
Installation
The last step in the process (and probably the most important to you!) is the installation of your new granite.
